Ne topluyoruz ve ne kadar duruyor

  • Eşleşme kodun — telefonuna atanan altı karakterlik kod. Eşleşmen sürdükçe durur, eşleşmeyi bozunca silinir.
  • Kendine verdiğin ad — sevgilinin ekranında bu görünür. Değiştirince eskisi kalmaz, üstüne yazılır.
  • Çizimlerin — sevgiline gönderdiğin karalamalar. Bunlar kalıcı değil: kademene göre 6 ya da 24 saat sonra sunucudan kendiliğinden siliniyor; 3. kademede bu süreyi 1 saate kadar kısaltabiliyorsun. Silinmesi için bir şey yapmana gerek yok.
  • Özel günleriniz ve günlük notlarınız — siz silene ya da eşleşmeyi bozana kadar durur.
  • Oyun tahtalarınız — sıradaki hamle, skor ve oyunda yazdığınız şeyler (adam asmacada tuttuğun kelime ve ipucu gibi). Yeni oyun kurunca üstüne yazılır, eşleşmeyi bozunca silinir.
  • Oyun içi sohbet — oyun ekranındaki balondan yazdığın mesajlar. Yalnızca sevgiline gider, oyun başına en fazla 20 mesaj yazılabilir. Yeni oyun kurulunca ve eşleşmeyi bozunca iki taraftan da siliniyor. Bildirimde mesajın kendisi gitmiyor, yalnızca hangi oyunda yazıldığı.
  • Mesajlaşma — üst çubuktaki balondan yazdığın mesajlar. Bunlar sunucumuzda saklanmıyor: mesaj yalnızca sevgilinin telefonu onu alana kadar sunucudan geçiyor, alındığı anda oradan siliniyor. Kalıcı kopya ikinizin telefonunda duruyor. Sevgilin uygulamayı hiç açmazsa bekleyen mesaj en geç 15 gün sonra sunucudan silinir. Eşleşmeyi bozunca ya da hesabını silince telefonundaki geçmiş de gidiyor. Bildirimde mesajın kendisi görünüyor; kilit ekranında ise yalnızca bir mesaj geldiği yazıyor, içeriği gizleniyor.
  • Mesaja eklediğin fotoğraflar — mesajın kendisiyle aynı yolu izliyor. Fotoğraf yalnızca sevgilinin telefonu onu indirene kadar sunucuda duruyor, indirildiği anda oradan siliniyor; kalıcı kopya ikinizin telefonunda. Hiç indirilmezse en geç 15 gün sonra sunucudan silinir.
  • Günlüğe eklediğin fotoğraflar — iki telefon da indirdikten 3 gün sonra, indirilmese bile en geç 15 gün sonra sunucudan siliniyor. Kalıcı kopya sizin telefonlarınızda.
  • Adım sayın — yalnızca açarsan. Sunucuya yalnızca bugünkü sayı gider; kapattığın anda oradaki sayı silinir. Kapatmayı unutsan da üç günden eski sayı sunucudan kendiliğinden siliniyor. Uygulamadaki grafikler için son otuz günün sayıları — seninkiler ve sevgilinin gönderdikleri — yalnızca senin telefonunda tutulur, bize gelmez.
  • Pil yüzdesi — yalnızca eşleştiğin kişiye gider, uygulama açılırken ve fişe takınca okunur. Üç günden eski kayıt sunucudan kendiliğinden siliniyor.
  • Bildirim adresi — telefonuna haber göndermek için Google'ın verdiği teknik adres. Uygulamayı silince geçersiz oluyor.

Biz ne görüyoruz

  • Uygulamadan bakıldığında hiçbirini: güvenlik kuralları çizimlerini, notlarını, fotoğraflarını ve konumunu yalnızca eşleştiğin iki hesaba açıyor. Başka bir kullanıcı bunlara erişemiyor.
  • Ama dürüst olalım: veriyi biz barındırıyoruz, yani sunucu yönetici yetkisiyle teknik olarak okuyabilir. Rutin işlerde bunu yapmıyoruz; yaptığımız yerler belli ve sayılı — süresi dolan çizimleri, bayat konum/pil/adım kayıtlarını ve günlük fotoğraflarını silen temizlik işleri, ve özel gün hatırlatması (o bildirimde senin yazdığın günün adı geçiyor).
  • Kimin kiminle eşleştiğine bakmıyoruz; öyle bir liste çıkarmıyoruz.
  • Yazdıklarını, çizdiklerini ve konumunu üçüncü taraflara satmıyoruz. Reklamlar bu verilerin hiçbirine erişmiyor (aşağıdaki "Reklam" bölümüne bak).
  • Yalnızca sen "Sorun bildir"den yazarsan yazdığın mesaj, eşleşme kodun ve — doldurduysan — bıraktığın iletişim adresin bize ulaşır.

Mail adresini bağlarsan

  • Google hesabın — yalnızca sen bağlarsan. Bağlarsan e-posta adresin kimliğine eklenir; telefon değiştirince hesabını geri getirmeye yarar.
  • Google hesabından başka hiçbir şey alınmaz: rehberin, takvimin, dosyaların istenmez.
  • Google Drive yedeğini açarsan yedek dosyası Drive'ında uygulamaya ayrılmış görünmez bir köşeye yazılır. İstenen izin yalnızca o köşe; senin dosyalarını ve fotoğraflarını göremiyoruz.

Konumu açtığında

  • Konumun — varsayılan kapalı. Açarsan yalnızca eşleştiğin kişiye gidiyor ve yalnızca uygulamayı açtığında okunuyor; arka planda takip yok. Kapattığın anda sunucudaki kayıt siliniyor.
  • "Yola çıktım" paylaşımı — yalnızca sen başlatırsan. Seçtiğin süre boyunca konumun eşleştiğin kişiye akar, telefonunda bunu gösteren kalıcı bir bildirim durur, süre dolunca kendiliğinden kapanır. Yol kaydı tutulmuyor: sunucuda yalnızca son konum duruyor, paylaşım bitince o da siliniyor.

Kaç yaşında olmalısın

  • Bu uygulama 18 yaş ve üstü için. Google Play'deki hedef kitlemiz de 18+. Sevgiline gönderdiğin şeyler denetlenmiyor, konum paylaşabiliyorsun ve ücretsiz sürümde reklam var; bunların hiçbiri çocuklara ya da gençlere yönelik bir uygulamaya uygun değil.
  • Bulunduğun ülkede veri işlenmesine izin verme yaşı daha yüksekse o yaş geçerli.
  • Çocuğunun bu uygulamayı kullandığını fark edersen bize "Sorun bildir"den yaz; hesabı ve verilerini sileriz.

Harita

  • Haritayı OpenStreetMap açıyor. Haritaya baktığında görüntüyü çizmek için baktığın bölgenin karesi OpenStreetMap sunucusundan isteniyor — o istekte kim olduğun yok, ama internet adresin (IP) doğal olarak onlara görünüyor.
  • Sevgilinin konumu yalnızca ikinizin arasında kalır; OpenStreetMap sunucusuna gönderilmiyor. Oradan yalnızca haritanın resmi geliyor.

Reklam

  • Günlük hakkın bittiyse, istersen bir reklam izleyip bir hak daha kazanabilirsin. Bu her kademede böyle: ücretli kademelerde de hakların sayılı ve bitince aynı yol açık. Reklam yalnızca orada ve yalnızca sen "Reklam izle" dersen çıkar; karalamanın, oyunun ya da bildirimlerin arasına girmez.
  • Oyun ekranlarının altındaki sabit reklam şeridi yalnızca ücretsiz kademede görünüyor; ücretli kademelerde hiç yüklenmiyor.
  • Reklamları Google AdMob gösteriyor. Google bu sırada telefonundaki reklam kimliğini, yaklaşık konumunu (ülke düzeyinde), cihaz ve uygulama bilgini kendi kurallarına göre işliyor. Bu veriler bize gelmiyor; biz yalnızca "reklam izlendi mi" bilgisini alıyoruz.
  • Ters yönde şu gidiyor: ödüllü reklamı açarken Google'a uygulama içindeki kullanıcı kimliğin ve hangi hakkın bittiği bilgisi veriliyor. Sebebi, reklamı gerçekten sonuna kadar izlediğini Google'ın imzalı bildirimiyle doğrulayıp hakkı ona yazabilmek. Bu kimlik adını, e-postanı ya da telefon numaranı taşımıyor.
  • Reklam kimliğini telefonun ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir ya da kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsin: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar.
  • Ücretli kademeye geçersen oyun ekranlarındaki reklam şeridi kalkar. Hakkın bittiğinde çıkan "Reklam izle" seçeneği ise orada durur — istersen kullanırsın, istemezsen hakların kendiliğinden yenilenmesini beklersin.
  • Şunu da söyleyelim: reklam altyapısı ücretli kademede de kuruluyor, çünkü "Reklam izle" seçeneği orada da açık. Yani reklam kimliğin ücretli kademede de Google reklam kitaplığına açılıyor; değişen şey, sana kendiliğinden reklam gösterilmemesi.

Ne toplamıyoruz

  • Adın soyadın, telefon numaran.
  • Rehberin. Fotoğraf galerini okumuyoruz: yalnızca günlüğe, mesajlaşmaya ya da profiline eklemek için kendin seçtiğin fotoğraf gönderiliyor — galeriden seçebilir ya da kamerayla çekebilirsin. Mesajdaki bir fotoğrafı galerine yalnızca sen "Galeriye kaydet" dediğinde kopyalıyoruz; kendiliğinden kaydetmiyoruz.
  • Konum geçmişi — nerede olduğunun kaydını tutmuyoruz, yalnızca son konum duruyor.

Nerede duruyor

  • Çizimleriniz, notlarınız, özel günleriniz, oyun tahtalarınız ve henüz teslim edilmemiş mesajlarınız Google Firebase Realtime Database üzerinde, Belçika'daki sunucularda (Avrupa Birliği) tutuluyor.
  • Bazı işler zorunlu olarak Google'ın bu bölgenin dışındaki (ABD dahil) altyapısından geçiyor: telefonuna bildirim göndermek (Firebase Cloud Messaging), kimliğinin doğrulanması (Firebase Authentication), uygulamanın gerçek ve değiştirilmemiş olduğunun doğrulanması (App Check / Play Integrity), aboneliğinin geçerli olup olmadığının Google'a sorulması, reklam gösterimi (Google AdMob), fotoğrafların geçici olarak durduğu dosya deposu (Firebase Storage) ve — açtıysan — Google Drive yedeği. Bunlar kişisel verinin yurt dışına aktarılması anlamına geliyor.
  • Çizimler kalıcı değil: kademene göre 6 ya da 24 saat sonra sunucudan otomatik siliniyor; 3. kademede 1 saate kadar kısaltılabiliyor.
  • Uygulama kilidi şifresi yalnızca telefonunda durur, sunucuya gönderilmez.

Kim görebiliyor

  • Çizimlerini yalnızca eşleştiğin kişi görebilir. Güvenlik kuralları başkasının okumasını engelliyor.
  • Uygulamadan bakıldığında biz de göremiyoruz: çizimleriniz, mesajlarınız, fotoğraflarınız, günlük notlarınız, oyun tahtalarınız ve konumunuz eşleşen iki hesabın dışına açık değil. Teknik olarak okuyabildiğimiz sayılı durumu yukarıdaki "Biz ne görüyoruz" bölümünde yazdık.
  • Bize sorun bildirirsen yazdığın mesaj, eşleşme kodun ve doldurduysan iletişim adresin bize ulaşır.

Verini silmek

  • Ayarlar → Hesap güvenliği → Eşleşmeyi ve tüm verileri sil ile eşleşmen, çizimleriniz ve özel günleriniz iki taraftan da silinir.
  • Uygulamayı silmek verini silmez: telefondaki kimlik gider ama sunucudaki kaydın kalır ve ona bir daha giremezsin. Verinin gitmesini istiyorsan uygulamayı silmeden önce yukarıdaki düğmeye bas. Sildiysen info.oyapps@gmail.com adresine yaz; Google hesabını bağlamışsan o adresle, bağlamamışsan eşleşme kodunla kaydı bulup sileriz.

Hakların

  • Ne tuttuğumuzu sorabilirsin. Yukarıdaki liste bunu anlatıyor, ama senin hesabında tam olarak ne durduğunu merak ediyorsan yaz; bakıp söyleriz.
  • Yanlış bir şeyi düzeltebilirsin. Adını, profil fotoğrafını, cinsiyet simgeni ve renk seçimini uygulamanın içinden değiştiriyorsun; başka bir şey yanlışsa bize yaz.
  • Silebilirsin. Yukarıdaki "Verini silmek" bölümündeki düğme hesabını ve iki tarafın ortak verilerini siliyor. Düğmeye ulaşamıyorsan bize yaz.
  • İşlemeye itiraz edebilir, durdurulmasını isteyebilirsin.
  • Verinin bir kopyasını isteyebilirsin: sunucuda hesabında duran veriyi makine okunur bir dosya olarak yolluyoruz.
  • Rızanı istediğin an geri alabilirsin. Konum paylaşımı, adım sayar ve Google Drive yedeği birer anahtar — kapattığın an duruyor. Reklamın kişiselleştirilmesi için Ayarlar → Gizlilik seçenekleri (o satır yalnızca gerekli olduğu bölgelerde çıkıyor) ya da telefonun ayarlarındaki reklam kimliği. Geri almak, o ana kadar olmuş işlemeyi geçmişe dönük geçersiz kılmıyor. Hatırlatma bildirimlerini de Ayarlar → Bildirimler'den kapatabilirsin; onlar rızaya değil, uygulamayı sana hatırlatmaktaki meşru menfaatimize dayanıyor.
  • Hukuki sonuç doğuran ya da seni önemli ölçüde etkileyen otomatik bir karar almıyoruz.
  • Başvuru ve şikayet: bize info.oyapps@gmail.com adresinden yaz, en geç 30 gün içinde cevap veriyoruz. Türkiye'deysen ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikayet edebilirsin — kanun, Kurula gitmeden önce bize başvurmanı istiyor. Avrupa Birliği ya da Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'ndaysan doğrudan kendi ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine başvurabilirsin.

Who is responsible

What we collect and how long it stays

  • Your pairing code — the six-character code assigned to your phone. It stays while you are paired and is deleted when you unpair.
  • The name you give yourself — this is what your partner sees. Changing it overwrites the old one; nothing is kept.
  • Your doodles — the drawings you send. These are not permanent: depending on your tier they are deleted from the server on their own after 6 or 24 hours. On tier 3 you can shorten that to as little as 1 hour. You do not have to do anything to delete them.
  • Your special days and diary notes — they stay until you delete them or break the pairing.
  • Your game boards — whose turn it is, the score, and anything you type in a game (the word and hint you set in hangman, for example). Starting a new game overwrites them; breaking the pairing deletes them.
  • In-game chat — messages you write from the bubble on a game screen. They go only to your partner, up to 20 per game. They are deleted from both sides when a new game starts and when you break the pairing. The notification does not carry the message itself, only which game it was written in.
  • Messaging — messages you write from the bubble in the top bar. These are not stored on our servers: a message only passes through the server until the phone of your partner picks it up, and is deleted there the moment it arrives. The lasting copy lives on your two phones. If your partner never opens the app, a waiting message is deleted from the server after 15 days at the latest. Breaking the pairing or deleting your account also removes the history from your phone. The notification shows the message itself; on the lock screen it only says a message arrived, with the content hidden.
  • Photos you attach to a message — they follow the same path as the message itself. A photo stays on the server only until the phone of your partner downloads it, and is deleted there the moment it arrives; the lasting copy lives on your two phones. If it is never downloaded it is deleted from the server after 15 days at the latest.
  • Photos you add to the diary — deleted from the server 3 days after both phones have downloaded them, and after 15 days at the latest even if they have not. The permanent copy lives on your phones.
  • Your step count — only if you turn it on. Only today's count goes to the server, and it is deleted the moment you turn it off. Even if you forget to turn it off, a count older than three days is deleted from the server automatically. For the charts inside the app, the last thirty days — yours and the ones your partner sent — are kept on your phone only; they never reach us.
  • Your battery percentage — it goes only to the person you are paired with, and is read when the app opens and when you plug in or unplug. A record older than three days is deleted from the server automatically.
  • A notification address — the technical address Google gives us to send messages to your phone. It becomes invalid when you delete the app.

What we can see

  • From inside the app, none of it: the security rules open your doodles, notes, photos and location only to the two paired accounts. No other user can reach them.
  • But let us be straight with you: we host the data, so the server can technically read it with admin rights. We do not do that routinely; the places where we do are few and specific — the cleanup jobs that delete expired doodles, stale location, battery and step records, and diary photos, and the special-day reminder (that notification contains the name you gave the day).
  • We do not look at who is paired with whom; we do not compile such a list.
  • We do not sell what you write, draw, or where you are to third parties. Ads have access to none of this data (see "Ads" below).
  • If you write to us from "Report a problem", we receive your message, your pairing code and — if you filled it in — the contact address you left.

If you link your email

  • Your Google account — only if you link it yourself. Linking adds your email address to your identity; it lets you recover your account when you change phones.
  • Nothing else is taken from your Google account: your contacts, calendar and files are never requested.
  • If you turn on Google Drive backup, the backup file goes into a hidden, app-only corner of your Drive. The permission we ask for covers only that corner; we cannot see your files or photos.

When you turn location on

  • Your location — off by default. If you turn it on, it goes only to the person you are paired with and is read only when you open the app; there is no background tracking. The moment you turn it off, the record on the server is deleted.
  • "On my way" sharing — only if you start it yourself. Your location flows to your partner for the time you choose, a permanent notification on your phone shows that it is running, and it stops by itself when the time is up. No route history is kept: the server holds only the last position, and that is deleted when sharing ends.

How old you have to be

  • This app is for people aged 18 and over; our Google Play target audience is 18+ as well. What you send your partner is not moderated, you can share your location, and the free version shows ads; none of that suits an app aimed at children or teenagers.
  • If the age of consent for data processing is higher where you live, that age applies.
  • If you find out your child is using this app, write to us from "Report a problem" and we will delete the account and its data.

The map

  • The map is drawn by OpenStreetMap. When you look at the map, the tile for the area you are viewing is requested from the OpenStreetMap server — that request does not say who you are, but your internet address (IP) is naturally visible to them.
  • The location your partner shares stays between the two of you; it is never sent to OpenStreetMap. Only the picture of the map comes from there.

Ads

  • If your daily quota has run out, you can watch an ad to earn one more use. This applies on every tier: paid tiers also have counted quotas, and the same option opens when they run out. Ads appear only there and only if you tap "Watch an ad"; they never come between you and a doodle, a game or a notification.
  • The fixed banner under the game screens appears only on the free tier; on paid tiers it is never loaded.
  • Ads are served by Google AdMob. In doing so Google processes your device's advertising ID, approximate (country-level) location, and device and app information under its own policies. That data does not reach us; we only learn whether an ad was watched.
  • In the other direction, this is what goes out: when a rewarded ad opens, Google is given your in-app user identifier and which quota ran out. The reason is so that we can confirm, through Google's signed callback, that you really watched the ad to the end and credit it to you. That identifier carries neither your name, your email nor your phone number.
  • You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your phone settings: Settings → Google → Ads.
  • Moving to a paid tier removes the banner under the game screens. The "Watch an ad" option shown when a quota runs out stays — use it if you want, or wait for your quotas to renew.
  • One more thing: the ad library is initialised on paid tiers too, because the "Watch an ad" option is available there as well. So your advertising ID is exposed to the Google ad library on paid tiers too; what changes is that no ad is shown to you unprompted.

What we do not collect

  • Your full name or phone number.
  • Your contacts. We do not read your photo gallery: only a photo you pick yourself for the diary, a message or your profile is sent. A photo from a message is copied to your gallery only when you tap "Save to gallery"; we never save one on our own.
  • Location history — we do not keep a record of where you have been, only the last position.

Where it is stored

  • Your doodles, notes, special days, game boards and messages not yet delivered are held on Google Firebase Realtime Database, on servers in Belgium (European Union).
  • Some operations necessarily go through Google's infrastructure outside that region (including the United States): sending notifications to your phone (Firebase Cloud Messaging), verifying your identity (Firebase Authentication), verifying that the app is genuine and unmodified (App Check / Play Integrity), asking Google whether your subscription is still valid, serving ads (Google AdMob), the file store where photos sit temporarily (Firebase Storage) and — if you turned it on — your Google Drive backup. This means your personal data is transferred abroad.
  • Doodles are not permanent: depending on your tier they are deleted from the server automatically after 6 or 24 hours; on tier 3 this can be shortened to 1 hour.
  • The app-lock passcode stays only on your phone and is never sent to the server.

Who can see it

  • Only the person you are paired with can see your doodles. The security rules stop anyone else from reading them.
  • Looking in from the app we cannot see them either: your doodles, messages, photos, diary notes, game boards and location are not open outside the two paired accounts. The few cases where we technically can read them are listed above, under "What we can see".
  • If you report a problem to us, your message, your pairing code and — if you filled it in — the contact address you left reach us.

Deleting your data

  • Settings → Account security → Delete pairing and all data removes your pairing, your doodles and your special days from both sides.
  • Deleting the app does not delete your data: the identity held on your phone goes, but your record on the server stays and you can never get back into it. If you want the data gone, press the button above before you delete the app. If you already deleted it, write to info.oyapps@gmail.com; if you linked a Google account we can find the record from that address, otherwise from your pairing code.

Your rights

  • You can ask what we hold. The list above describes it, but if you want to know exactly what sits in your account, write to us and we will look and tell you.
  • You can correct something wrong. Your name, profile photo, gender icon and colour choice you change from inside the app; if anything else is wrong, write to us.
  • You can delete. The button in "Deleting your data" above removes your account and the data the two of you share. If you cannot reach the button, write to us.
  • You can object to the processing and ask us to stop it.
  • You can ask for a copy of your data: we send what sits in your account on the server as a machine-readable file.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time. Location sharing, the step counter and the Google Drive backup are each a switch — they stop the moment you turn them off. For ad personalisation, use Settings → Privacy options (that row only appears in regions where it is required) or your advertising ID in your phone settings. Withdrawing does not undo processing that already happened. You can also turn reminder notifications off under Settings → Notifications; those rest not on consent but on our legitimate interest in reminding you the app is there.
  • We do not make automated decisions that have legal effect or significantly affect you.
  • Requests and complaints: write to info.oyapps@gmail.com and we answer within 30 days at the latest. In Türkiye you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board, though the law asks you to come to us first. In the European Union or the European Economic Area you can go straight to your own country's data protection authority.
