Uygulama ne yapar

  • İki telefonu eşleştirir ve aranızda el çizimi mesajlar taşır.
  • Karşı tarafa çizim ulaştığında telefonunu uyandırıp gösterir.
  • Çiftin özel günlerini sayar, ortak günlük ve küçük oyunlar sunar.

Kullanım kuralları

  • Uygulamayı yalnızca rızası olan biriyle eşleşerek kullan.
  • Başkasını rahatsız etmek, taciz, tehdit ya da yasa dışı içerik göndermek yasaktır.
  • Uygulamayı kurcalayarak gönderim sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak hesabın kapatılmasına yol açabilir.

Gönderim hakları

  • Ücretsiz kullanımda altı saatte on gönderim hakkın var.
  • Ücretli kademelerde bu sayı artar, bekleme süresi kısalır, çizimler karşıda daha uzun durur.
  • Ücretli kademeler otomatik yenilenen Google Play abonelikleridir. 1. ve 2. kademe 30 gün, 3. kademe 1 yıl sürer ve sen iptal edene kadar her dönemin sonunda kendiliğinden yenilenir; ücret o anda Google Play hesabından çekilir.
  • İptal etmek için: Google Play Store → Abonelikler. İptal ettiğinde ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar hakların durur, sonra ücretsiz kullanıma dönülür. Ödeme ve iade işlemlerinin muhatabı Google Play'dir.

Sorumluluk

  • Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur. Bildirimlerin zamanında ulaşması telefonunun pil ayarlarına ve internetine bağlıdır.
  • Çizimler süreli saklandığı için yedek değildir; saklamak istediğin bir çizimin ekran görüntüsünü al.

Değişiklikler

  • Bu şartlar değişirse yeni metin bu ekranda ve darlama.web.app/sartlar.html adresinde yayımlanır; yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi de değişir. Abonelik fiyatı ya da süresi değişirse Google Play seni ayrıca uyarır.
  • Sorun ya da itirazın için Ayarlar → Sorun bildir bölümünü kullan.

Who you are contracting with

  • Paid tiers are bought through Google Play; payments and refunds are handled by Google Play.

What the app does

  • It pairs two phones and carries hand-drawn messages between you.
  • When a doodle reaches the other side it wakes their phone and shows it.
  • It counts the couple's special days and offers a shared diary and small games.

Rules of use

  • Only pair with someone who consents to it.
  • Harassing, threatening or sending illegal content is forbidden.
  • Tampering with the app to get around the sending limits may get your account closed.

Sending quota

  • On the free tier you get ten sends every six hours.
  • Paid tiers raise that number, shorten the wait between sends, and keep doodles alive longer on the other side.
  • Paid tiers are auto-renewing Google Play subscriptions. Tiers 1 and 2 run for 30 days, tier 3 for 1 year, and each period renews by itself until you cancel; the charge is taken from your Google Play account at that moment.
  • To cancel: Google Play Store → Subscriptions. After cancelling, your benefits run to the end of the period you already paid for, then you return to free use. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play.

Liability

  • The app is provided as is. Whether notifications arrive on time depends on your phone's battery settings and your internet connection.
  • Because doodles are stored only temporarily, they are not a backup; take a screenshot of any drawing you want to keep.

Changes

  • If these terms change, the new text is published on this screen and at darlama.web.app/sartlar.html, and the "Last updated" date above changes. If the price or length of a subscription changes, Google Play will also notify you.
  • For problems or objections use Settings → Report a problem.
